6°/ Lower rolls
On the return side it is recommended to use LIMBEROLLER® system rollers mainly when the transported products are sticky. Indeed, the LIMBEROLLER® is an anti-clogging roller that keeps the band properly aligned. In general, the trough accommodated in the return roll is relatively small (10 °). However, if the operating conditions require it to obtain either a better cleaning of the strip or a more effective guidance, a larger trough may be used.
Whatever the trough used for the rollers, it must be ensured that the belt bears correctly over its entire width, this is very important, the duration of these rolls depends on it. A belt that carries only on its edges would lead to rapid wear of the lateral wafers and the lowering of the lower LIMBEROLLER® as in the case of the upper rollers.
